Equipment Loans & Leasing
Technology is how a modern practice differentiates itself, and how it lifts production per chair, per room and per doctor. Financing shouldn't be the reason the upgrade waits another year.
Finance It, Lease It, or Model Both
The Full Technology Stack
Chairs and operatories, CBCT and digital imaging, intraoral and surgical scanners, CAD/CAM and in-office milling, lasers, diagnostic and surgical equipment, sterilization, IT infrastructure and practice management software. New, refurbished or as part of a full office refit.
Terms Matched to the Asset
We align the term with the useful life of the equipment so the payment stays comfortably beneath the production it generates. Deferred first payments are frequently available while the unit is installed and your team is trained.
Ownership or Lease
Financing builds equity in the asset and may support favorable tax treatment; leasing preserves capital and simplifies the upgrade cycle on fast-moving technology. We'll model both against your numbers and defer to your CPA on the tax position.
Equipment Decisions Are Production Decisions
The question worth asking about a piece of equipment is not what it costs, it's what it produces, what it keeps in-house that currently goes out, and what it does to chair time. A scanner that eliminates a referral, a mill that collapses a two-visit case into one, an imaging upgrade that supports a service line you're currently declining: each has a monthly production number attached, and that number is the one the payment should be measured against. Priced that way, a great many upgrades that look unaffordable are already paying for themselves.
What deserves genuine caution is the accumulation. Practices rarely finance one item; they finance one item a year for six years, each on its own paper with its own term and its own rate, until a meaningful share of monthly overhead is equipment debt nobody has looked at as a whole. We're glad to review your existing leases and notes alongside anything new you're considering — and where consolidating them into a single obligation improves your cash flow, we'll finance that instead of adding to the pile.
